Week 7.2

In the lecture today we looked at taking different rhetoric approaches to our work. We looked at some of the last year examples and how they worked well.

In class, we showed and reviewed each other’s conceptual ideas we had come up with for homework. The feedback we got was really good and helped us narrow down what we want to create our event to be. We decided that we wanted to do ours in a Kelburn neighbourhood and focus it more towards families with small children, Isla also liked the idea of making it into a pet meet up because who doesn’t love animals? Also having the idea of a pet meet up can give us lots of opportunities to create good rhetorical designs. We also created a project plan for what sort of things we want to have in our designs. For homework, we started to generate more ideas for design and created a mood board.
